Eligibility Criteria
Minimum 2 years of experience as Branch Manager, Assistant Branch Manager, or Senior Sales Executive
Robust communication skills in Bengali, Hindi, and English
Leadership and team management skills
Experience in Gold Loan, Gold Buying, Banking, NBFC, or Financial Services preferred
Customer-focused approach and sales orientation
