Roles and Responsibility
Manage and oversee the maintenance of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
Coordinate with contractors and vendors for timely project completion.
Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and implement preventive measures.
Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations.

Job Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in MEPF or a related field.
Robust knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with industry standards and regulations.
Solid analytical and organizational skills.
