Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive Area Head to drive lead generation, electrician engagement, and market development for electrical products across the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities
Organise electrician meets, contractor meets, and dealer engagement activities to generate business leads.
Drive lead generation through field visits, market mapping, and networking with electricians, dealers, and contractors.
Build and maintain robust relationships with key market influencers and channel partners.
Identify recent business opportunities and support sales growth across the assigned area.
Coordinate with the sales team to convert generated leads into business.
Track market activities,



leads generated, and follow-ups to ensure effective execution.

Candidate Requirements
Minimum 4 years of experience in field sales, lead generation, or channel development in the electrical industry.
Experience in conducting electrician meets, contractor meets, or similar field marketing activities.
Good understanding of electrical products and the dealer-distributor network.
Robust communication, networking, and territory management skills

Preferred Candidate: A field-oriented professional with proven experience in electrician engagement and lead generation in the electrical products industry.
