Position: Executive / Supply Chain Planning & Demand Planning

Experience: 1 to 3 Years

Department: Supply Chain Management (OSD Plant)

Location: Hinjawadi Pune

Job Purpose: To support demand planning, forecasting, order management, and S&OP; activities while ensuring timely product availability and effective coordination with manufacturing, warehouse, packaging, and customer-facing teams.

Key Responsibilities

Demand Planning & Forecasting
Prepare and maintain demand forecasts for assigned products and SKUs.
Analyze historical sales and dispatch data to improve forecast accuracy.
Monitor forecast performance and recommend corrective actions.
Support monthly forecasting and demand review activities.

Supply Chain Planning
Manage open orders and ensure timely execution of customer requirements.
Create and track planned orders in SAP.
Coordinate with manufacturing and warehouse teams to ensure uninterrupted product availability.
Monitor inventory levels and support supply planning activities.

S&OP; & Performance Management
Participate in monthly S&OP; meetings.
Track and report key supply chain KPIs such as Forecast Accuracy, OTIF (On-Time In-Full), and Customer Service Levels.
Maintain and update master data in SAP and other planning systems.





Customer & Cross-Functional Coordination
Coordinate with Manufacturing, Packaging, Warehouse, Procurement, and Commercial teams.
Share packing lists and shipment-related information with customers.
Resolve supply-related issues through effective cross-functional collaboration.
Support customer order fulfillment and delivery commitments.

Continuous Improvement
Contribute to supply chain automation and process improvement initiatives.
Develop reports and dashboards for planning and performance monitoring.
Identify prospects to improve planning efficiency and data accuracy.
