Role & responsibilities :
Manage day-to-day demand planning, order processing, and fresh delivery generation in SAP for dealer and distributor channels upon fund verification.
Monitor daily receipts, order merging, and end-to-end dispatch tracking for critical orders including VOR (Vehicle Off Road), emergency parts, and field-fix items.
Generate and circulate daily MIS reports to key internal and external stakeholders, providing transparent visibility on inventory, sales, and delivery statuses.
Coordinate cross-functionally with Warehouse, Sales, and Service Support teams to streamline parts supply and resolve shortage or excess claims.
Track transit claims, manage customer complaints, and ensure operational resolution for distributor and channel partner inquiries.
Oversee data management and record-keeping, including distributor agreements, parts master updates/rationalization, and critical parts allocation.
