Execute daily production plans as per customer requirements and production schedules.
Ensure production targets are achieved within the planned cycle time.
Allocate machines, moulds, manpower and resources according to the production plan.
Monitor machine-wise production throughout the shift.
Ensure timely completion of production orders.
Monitor actual production against planned production.
Escalate production constraints and delays to the Production Manager.
Ensure proper shift handover with complete production status.
