Key Responsibilities
Central monitoring and coordination of DCP, Hydrated Lime, ETP and Quick Lime operations.
Production planning and plan-vs-actual performance review.
Monitor capacity utilisation, yield, quality, downtime and operating constraints.
Coordinate production, maintenance, materials and inventory requirement.
Review major breakdowns, corrective actions and recurring problems
Drive productivity improvement and plant debottlenecking.
Coordinate with factory teams and management- Monitor expansion and plant-improvement projects.
Preferred Profile: Hands-on manufacturing qualified with robust process-industry exposure and ability to work across production, maintenance, materials and projects.
The candidate stationed in Mumabi will be required to travel to Dahej and other plant/project locations as an when required.
