Role & responsibilities
Recruit, onboard, and develop Insurance Advisors/Agents.
• Generate business through the agency/agent network.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales & premium targets.
• Train and motivate agents on products, sales techniques, and processes.
• Maintain solid relationships with agents and customers.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the agency network.
• Ensure proper documentation, compliance, and quality business.
• Track sales performance and regularly review agent productivity.
Preferred candidate profile
Graduate from a recognized university.
• Experience in Health Insurance, Life Insurance, BFSI, or Agency Sales preferred.
• Strong communication, relationship management, and sales skills.
• Valuable understanding of local market and customer needs.
• Target-oriented with solid team-handling capabilities.
