Experience: 5 Years (Manufacturing/Engineering Industry)
We are looking for an MBA HR qualified with 5 years of experience in the manufacturing/engineering sector to manage HR operations, employee engagement, and administrative activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end HR processes and employee lifecycle activities.
Drive employee engagement and welfare initiatives.
Manage apprenticeship programs and ensure compliance with NATS/NAPS guidelines.
Support plant administration activities.
Maintain HR MIS, reports, dashboards, and employee records.
Prepare presentations and provide HR analytics for management review.
Required Skills:
Strong knowledge of HR processes and practices.
Hands-on experience with NATS and NAPS compliance.
Excellent data management and analytical skills.
Robust communication and presentation abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and relevant HR tools.
Preferred Profile:
MBA in Human Resources.
Self-driven, organized, and capable of working in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
