Mandatory Skills
Solid expertise in Oracle PL/SQL (Primary Skill 60% focus).
Hands-on experience in L2 Application Support.
Ability to analyze recurring production issues and coordinate with the L3 Development Team for permanent fixes.
Support the L1 Team by resolving repetitive issues and validating fixes.
Valuable troubleshooting, debugging, and analytical skills.
Excellent coordination and communication skills.
Self-driven, proactive, and eager to learn.
Willingness to learn additional technologies such as Java and Python.

Key Responsibilities
Provide L2 production support for business applications.
Troubleshoot and resolve PL/SQL-related issues.
Coordinate with the L3 Development Team to implement permanent solutions.
Validate fixes through testing before deployment.
Work closely with the L1 Support Team to ensure issues are resolved effectively.
Monitor application performance and identify improvement opportunities.
