Key Responsibilities
Operate production machinery and equipment as per standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Monitor machine performance and production parameters to achieve production targets.
Ensure adherence to quality standards and report any process deviations.
Maintain production records, daily reports, and machine logs.
Support troubleshooting of equipment and process-related issues.
Follow all safety, health, and environmental guidelines.
Participate in 5S, Kaizen, TPM, and continuous improvement activities.

Qualification
B.Sc. (Physics/Chemistry/Mathematics) / Diploma in Engineering /
Freshers Diploma candidates with up to 1 years of manufacturing experience.

Physical & Working Conditions
This role involves continuous standing for approximately 8 hours per shift on the shop floor.
Candidates should be physically fit and comfortable working in a manufacturing workplace.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts as per business requirements.
