Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries through calls, chat, and other communication channels.
Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
Promote relevant products/services and generate sales opportunities.
Follow up with customers and maintain strong customer relationships.
Achieve assigned customer service and sales targets.




Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns.
