Driving & owning group business at a city level basis - Annual Productivity: GWP of INR 3.5 Crs & NOP of 50+ with SME ATS of INR 7.5 Lacs
Liaising with the broking team to source business and ensuring monthly assigned targets are met for the channel. Regularly meeting with the assigned brokers to build
Build and promote solid, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with the broking channel, understanding their needs & providing the correct solutions
Being the bridge between the Group & cross functional teams such as Underwriting, Operations, Claims, etc. - Single point of contact for the broking team for Owning the complete end-to- end function of on-boarding a recent customer and also an escalation point as and when needed for the channel
Reporting business closures, concerns from the channel, escalations, ect in a timely manner
Driving & Owning the Rewards & Recognition drives with the channel as and when rolled out. Ensuring incentive & Commission payouts happen in a timely manner




Achieving growth and hitting the assigned sales targets by successfully building strong in-roads with the broking team & their respective branches
Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands companys customer base and ensure visibility among the banking partners - Ensuring regular product trainings are conducted with the respective teams as and when the business demands

Requirements and Skills
Corporate sales experience
Experience in managing large banking relationships at state level basis
Broking experience preferred on retail or group
Demonstrate ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of
the organization
Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
Robust business sense and industry expertise
Positive analytical & interpersonal skills for working together with cross functional teams to achieve
desired output
Travel is required within the region
Graduate or Post graduate is a must in any discipline - MBA preferred
