Responsible for driving Group Health Insurance business through the agency network, focusing on agency activation, corporate acquisition, revenue growth, and client retention.
Key Responsibilities:
Acquire recent corporate clients for Group Health Insurance through the agency channel.
Develop and activate agents/agency partners to generate Group Health business.
Drive monthly and annual sales targets through effective sales strategies.
Generate leads through agency referrals, networking, events, and market mapping.
Conduct joint meetings with agents and corporate clients to improve conversions.
Provide suitable Group Health solutions based on client requirements.
Coordinate with underwriting and operations teams for pricing, issuance, and renewals.
Manage existing clients and drive renewals and retention.
Track agency performance, lead pipeline, conversions, and revenue through MIS.
