Agency Manager Health Insurance

Role Purpose

The Agency Manager is responsible for driving business through the agency channel by recruiting, training, managing, and engaging insurance advisors/agents. The role focuses on achieving sales targets, enhancing advisor productivity, and ensuring business growth within the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities
Recruit and onboard insurance advisors/agents as per business requirements.
Train, mentor, and support advisors on products, sales processes, and customer acquisition.
Drive sales through advisors to achieve monthly and annual targets.
Conduct regular field activities and joint sales calls with advisors.
Build solid relationships with advisors and ensure their engagement and retention.




Monitor advisor performance and provide coaching to improve productivity.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
Generate leads and support advisors in converting prospects into customers.
Coordinate with branch teams and other stakeholders for smooth business operations.
Prepare and share regular sales and performance reports.

Eligibility
Graduate in any discipline.
Min 1 years of experience in any sales, preferably in insurance, BFSI, telecom, NBFC, banking, or direct sales.
Solid communication, relationship management, and leadership skills.
CTC up to 5
