Roles and Responsibilities :
MBA in Finance/MBA in HR
GCC/Shared service experiences are must
India Payroll and Income tax experience is must.
Knowledge of SAP – ERP system (HR Module) SAP ECC 6.0 or S4/HANA is must
Able to handle; Payroll calculation like, Gross to Net, Leave encashment, PF, ESI, Statutory Bonus, Gratuity, Over time etc.
Work with data from multiple systems and ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of deliverables.
Demonstrate a high degree of accuracy in data analysis
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and detail oriented
Advanced MS Excel skills specifically Pivot Tables, Look Ups and Nested If statements
Robust interpersonal skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills
Respond to Employees and client inquiries and assist in month end closing activities and other projects as needed.
Nice to have skills like Power BI, Gen AI etc.
Experience working with SOP-driven operational processes and reporting activities.
Robust understanding of data validation, reconciliation, report generation,



and operational controls.
Ability to analyze data and identify process improvement opportunities.
Robust problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Self-driven, detail-oriented, and adaptable to changing priorities.
Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills and the ability to work under time pressure
Comfortable working collaboratively across multiple cross-discipline teams on problem resolution as well as identifying best practices and process efficiencies
