Role & responsibilities
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for US-based IT positions.
Source, screen, evaluate, and submit qualified candidates through various job portals and networking platforms.
Conduct preliminary interviews to assess technical skills, experience, communication, and cultural fit.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
Maintain robust relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Negotiate compensation, rate discussions, and facilitate offer management.
Maintain recruiter activity, candidate pipelines, and status updates in ATS/CRM systems.
Meet recruitment targets and client SLAs.

Preferred candidate profile
1.8+ years 4 years of experience in US IT Recruitment/Staffing.




Strong understanding of US recruitment processes and IT technologies.
Experience with sourcing through job portals such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Indeed.
Ability to recruit for various IT skill sets including Developers, Cloud Engineers, Data Engineers, QA, DevOps, Business Analysts, and other technology professionals.
Excellent stakeholder management and candidate engagement skills.
Fluent English communication skills (verbal and written) are mandatory.
Robust negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented setting.
