Onsite Fitter (Pan India)

Location: Pune

Requirements
Educational qualification: ITI/ Diploma/Engineering degree
Age: 23- 35 years
Experience: 5- 10years

Purpose of the Job
To ensure smooth running of the machine by rectifying issues, break down and regular maintenance
Ensuring Customer Satisfaction

Scope of Work & Accountabilities
Handling technical (Mechanical/Electrical) issues and timely rectification
Regular maintenance of the machine.
Proactive identifying issues and timely rectifying to avoid breakdown.
Handling breakdowns and ensuring to bring machine back to working condition
Maintaining contractual obligation
Suggesting to replace parts wherever applicable.
Should know driving and have valid driving license
Regularly updating their technical knowledge for the product responsible as well as strive to learn other products




Ensuring to service delivery by maintaining mean time to repair under the defined SLAs
Coordination with Zonal for day to day activities
Gathering insights of competitor machine running on sites.
