Brief description of the Role:

Job Title: Project Engineer
Division: Enviro
Department: Spares - Execution
Qualification: B.E/B. Tech Mechanical
Location: Setting House - Bhosari
Grade: FTC

Roles and Responsibilities:
To be the face of customer in Thermax
Owning the Project from its inception i.e OTM till closure of warranty Period/ contract Closure
Planning ahead of time and ensuring smooth execution
Monitoring Progress and tackling road blocks with timely escalations
Ensuring the Cost Budget targets are met thereby improving as Executed Margins without hampering the quality
Maintaining Cashflow, RR targets for the month / Qtr
Spearheading Periodic reviews with Customers , Vendors, purchase, QC etc
Acting as point of contact for all internal functions and customer
Project Planning, Execution and Control
Ensure balance of Time, Cost,



Quality of Project Execution
Ensuring on time Approvals from customers / consultants
Take ownership of Revenue generation and payment collections
