Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage wiring harness architecture, electrical schematics, circuit design, and cable routing.
Create and modify 2D/3D electrical harness designs using Siemens Capital Logic and Capital XC (Capital-H).
Perform cable routing and packaging using PTC Creo, ensuring proper clearance, bend radius, clipping, and serviceability.
Prepare and maintain wiring diagrams, circuit diagrams, harness drawings, and related engineering documentation.
Integrate electrical harnesses with vehicle systems such as HV/LV batteries, inverter, motor, charger, DC-DC converter, BMS, ECU, and other vehicle electronics.
Work on HV and LV harness design, including connector selection, terminals, splices, shielding, grounding, and protection.

Required Skills




Robust experience in EV/Automotive Electrical & Wiring Harness Design.
Hands-on experience with Capital Logic and Capital XC (Capital-H).
Hands-on experience with PTC Creo cabling for 3D routing.
Valuable understanding of HV/LV electrical architecture and automotive wiring harnesses.
Knowledge of connectors, terminals, fuses, relays, shielding, grounding, cable protection, and routing.
Ability to interpret and create schematics, wiring diagrams, harness drawings, and BOMs.
Knowledge of EV components and electrical architecture is preferred.
