Role & responsibilities
Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities for entry-level and experienced positions.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
Follow up with candidates regarding interview feedback, selection status, and joining formalities.
Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and daily/weekly recruitment MIS.
Support offer rollout, documentation, and pre-joining follow-ups.
Preferred candidate profile
MBA with HR Specialization required
Female candidates are preferred
