We have an urgent requirement for an Accounting Backoffice professional with 45 years of experience for our client Knova One.

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage bank and client account reconciliations for U.S.-based operations. The role involves close collaboration with the U.S. team, ensuring accuracy in financial records and supporting audit requirements.

Skills Qualifications
CA Inter / B.Com Graduate
Solid knowledge of reconciliation and bookkeeping concepts
Experience with QuickBooks Desktop and Zoho Books preferred
Practical experience in Accounts Payable (AP), including invoice processing, vendor reconciliations, and payment management
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work in a U.S. night shift environment
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Immediate joiners preferred

Preferred Skills
Experience handling U.S. accounting processes
Familiarity with IOLTA accounts is an added advantage
Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
Positive knowledge of MS Office applications
Good presentation skills




Ability to work independently and make decisions within defined parameters
Quick learner with strong ownership and accountability

Key Responsibilities
Perform monthly bank reconciliations for Client Zero-Balance Accounts and IOLTA accounts
Conduct client balance reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness
Review and analyze flagged transactions and prepare exception reports
Identify discrepancies and take corrective actions promptly
Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
Compile, organize, and support audit deliverables
Collaborate directly with the U.S.-based team for issue resolution and reporting
Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting standards
