Role & responsibilities :
Install, inspect, maintain, and repair HVAC systems and equipment.
Diagnose electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration-related faults.
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on AC units, chillers, AHUs, FCUs, VRF/VRV systems, and related equipment.
Check refrigerant levels, pressures, electrical connections, and system performance.
Identify and repair refrigerant leaks and other system issues.
Read and interpret technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and equipment manuals.
Maintain service records, maintenance reports, and job documentation.
Ensure HVAC systems operate efficiently and meet safety standards.
Coordinate with other maintenance and facility teams when required.
Follow company safety procedures and industry standards.

Requirements
ITI/Diploma/Certificate in HVAC, Refrigeration & Air Conditioning, or a related field.
Basic knowledge of electrical systems, controls, and refrigeration principles.
Ability to use HVAC testing and diagnostic tools.
Positive troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to work adaptable schedule or shifts when required.
