Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Regional Sales Manager (RSM) to drive the growth of our Rooftop Solar Solutions business in Maharashtra. The candidate will be responsible for developing and managing the sales channel, expanding the dealer/distributor network, and achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities
Drive sales of rooftop solar products and solutions across the assigned region.
Develop, manage and strengthen relationships with System Integrators (SIs), EPC partners, dealers/distributors,.
Identify and onboard recent channel partners to expand market reach.
Understand customer and market requirements and provide appropriate solar solutions.
Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
Track market trends, competitor activities and emerging opportunities in the rooftop solar segment.

Required Experience & Skills
Minimum 5 years of experience in Solar Sales,



preferably in solar product sales to the rooftop solar segment.
Valuable knowledge of various solar module technologies, including Mono PERC, TOPCon, etc.
Good understanding of Grid-Tied and Hybrid Inverters and their applications.
Solid knowledge of rooftop solar systems and their components.
Proven experience in handling dealers, distributors and channel partners for solar products.
Demonstrated ability to develop and expand the sales channel.
Should have prior experience working in the Maharashtra market, with a good understanding of the regional solar ecosystem.
Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-management skills.
Should be a passionate sales professional and a go-getter, with a strong focus on achieving business results.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
