Role Summary:
Responsible for providing technical service and support to customers for GMMCO’s construction and heavy equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
Attend customer complaints and service requirements.
Carry out preventive maintenance, servicing and breakdown repairs.
Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic and electrical issues.
Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints.
Maintain job cards, service reports and equipment records.
Follow GMMCO/Caterpillar safety and service standards.
Develop technical knowledge of construction equipment.

Candidate Profile:
ITI freshers from Mechanical, Automobile or Diesel Mechanic trades.
Basic knowledge of mechanical systems and tools.
Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.
Willingness to travel and work at customer sites.
Solid learning attitude, safety awareness and customer focus.
