Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated skilled to join our team as a Business Analyst. In this role, you will be working closely with the engagement & delivery team for analyzing business processes, requirements gathering and documentation. This role would involve working on projects from inception to completion with regular interactions with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities -

Business Analysis:

Conduct thorough analysis of current business processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.

Requirements Management:

Define and document project requirements, ensuring clarity and alignment with business goals.

Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and the development team.

Stakeholder Communication:

Communicate project progress, issues,



and resolutions to stakeholders in a explicit and concise manner.

Conduct regular status meetings and ensure effective collaboration between team members.

Quality Assurance:

Implement quality assurance measures to ensure deliverables meet specified

standards. Conduct post-implementation reviews to assess project success and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

Graduate with 2+ years of relevant experience. MBA preferred.

Excellent written and verbal communications skills in English.

Good analytical and problem solving skills to understand client requirements Ability to understand products and solutions

Applicant should be comfortable with traveling to different client locations A solid team player with the ability to collaborate across teams
