Key Responsibilities
Drive end-to-end development activities across the full project lifecycle.
Lead the team technically to deliver sprint and release goals within defined timelines.
Contribute to product architecture, feature definition, and detailed technical design.
Refine and enhance product design while implementing new functionality.
Ensure high standards of code quality through code reviews, unit testing, static analysis, and engineering best practices.
Collaborate with clients and Product Owners to understand technical requirements and support backlog planning.
Lead technical discussions with team members during sprint planning, story grooming, and execution.
Support the team in resolving blockers, critical issues, and technical challenges.
Mentor and guide team members to strengthen overall technical capability.
Drive engineering discipline, development velocity, and delivery ownership across the team.

Core Embedded Software Skills

The candidate should demonstrate strong proficiency in the following areas:
Strong understanding ofembedded software architecture,



design principles, and the product development lifecycle.
Strong hands-on programming experience inPython
Positive understanding ofobject-oriented design, modular software development, and code optimization in embedded settings.
Strong working knowledge ofLinux internals,IPC, andShell/Bash scripting.
Hands-on experience inPython scripting.
Solid programming fundamentals, includingdata structures, debugging, and problem-solving.
Understanding ofLinux kernel,board bring-up, anddriver development.

Networking and Product Expertise
Strong understanding of networking fundamentals, routing concepts and protocols, including TCP/IP, DHCP, VLAN, NAT, NTP, ACL, IPsec, OpenVPN, OSPF, VVRO, LLDP & BGP.
Hands-on experience in therouting & gateway products, including configuration, troubleshooting, and feature development for embedded networking products.
Experience with management interfaces such as:
SNMP, web-based interfaces, and REST-based interfaces
