Position: Sales Manager

Location : Mundhawa, Dhanori ,Punawale, Baner Pune
Reporting To: Site Sales Head

Type of Employment: Full Time.

Key Responsibilities:
Meeting with clients personally/virtually and explain project details solve their queries
Explain Demo flat/unit and visualization of selected inventory.
Daily follow up of visited clients in CRM & daily reporting to Sales Manager.
Build and maintain relationships with clients to generate recent business prospects.
Identify market trends and stay up-to-date on competitors' activities.
Work with the marketing team to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
Create and deliver presentations to potential clients.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and seamless execution of deals.
Manage the sales pipeline and maintain accurate records of all sales activities. Working towards monthly/annual sales targets
Attend industry events and conferences to stay up-to-date on industry trends and network with potential clients
