Experience Requirements
8+ years of overall experience in Workplace, Health and Safety (EHS) management.
Minimum 35 years of experience managing EHS operations at commercial office parks, IT parks, mixed-use developments, large corporate campuses, or similar large-scale facilities.
Experience in project handover, tenant fit-out management, contractor safety, and facility management operations is highly preferred.
Practical knowledge of statutory EHS compliance, fire and life safety systems, Permit-to-Work procedures, risk assessments, audits, and emergency management.
Robust coordination, communication, reporting, and stakeholder management skills.

Educational Qualifications
Graduate or Diploma in Engineering.
Advanced safety qualification such as ADIS, PDIS, or NEBOSH is preferred.
Relevant qualified certifications in occupational health, safety, fire safety, or environmental management will be an added advantage.
