Mechanical Engineer

Responsibilities
Create detailed 2D and 3D mechanical drawings and models using CAD software such as AutoCAD, Inventor, and SolidWorks.
Interpret engineering sketches, specifications, and design requirements to produce accurate manufacturing drawings.
Collaborate with engineers and project managers to ensure designs meet functional, safety, and manufacturing standards.
Prepare bills of materials and maintain drawing documentation for production and quality control.
Revise and update existing drawings based on design changes and feedback from the engineering team.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, company guidelines, and applicable codes.
Assist in design reviews and provide input on manufacturability.
Maintain organized files and version control for all drafting projects.

Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering.




Proficiency in CAD software, including AutoCAD, Inventor, and SolidWorks.
Knowledge of PDM systems.
Robust understanding of mechanical components, assemblies, and industrial equipment design principles.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in drafting work.
Solid communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with engineering and production teams.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in mechanical drafting within an industrial or manufacturing setting.
Familiarity with global engineering standards and practices.
Conversational English proficiency.
