We are looking for a Senior Plant Head Operations to lead the overall operations of a High pressure die-casting manufacturing plant with end-to-end P&L; responsibility. The role will focus on driving operational excellence across production, quality, cost control, productivity, maintenance, and delivery, while ensuring profitability and sustainable business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Overall P&L; and financial performance of the plant
Production planning, productivity, capacity utilization and OEE
Die-casting operations and manufacturing excellence
Quality management and reduction of rejection/rework
Cost optimization and operational efficiency
Maintenance, process improvement and downtime reduction
Delivery performance and customer satisfaction
Team leadership and development
Continuous improvement, Lean/TPM and process standardization
Required Experience
18–25+ years of experience in auto components with solid expertise in aluminium die casting (HPDC & GDC) and machining operations.
