Role & responsibilities
Filter inquiries received by various mediums and generate current inquiries.
Initiate contact, Understand customer requirement, freeze requirements and send quotations.
Follow-up with the customers for quotations and status.
Meet customers as and when required, Address all techno-commercial queries
Execute orders & Co-ordinate for dispatches & commercial activities.
Provide installation guidance
Attend break-down calls
Monitor Spare parts sale
Preferred candidate profile
A Diploma / Degree holder in Mechanical / electrical / chemical engineering with flair of business development. Valuable techno-commercial understanding needed. Candidate must be prepared to travel locally as well as out of station as per the need.
