Responsibilities
Lead the build and implementation of high-quality software solutions
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define, build, and ship current features
Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
Mentor and guide junior engineers to develop a culture of continuous learning
Identify and ensure accurate bottlenecks and fix bugs to improve application performance
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our solutions remain innovative

Qualifications
Experience: 4 to 7 years
Education: Bachelor's (Engineering)/Master's in computer science or a related field.

Requirements
Strong knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+) and modern web development concepts
AWS + ReactJS + Typescript + Foundational Java knowledge is a must-have for this position
Valuable understanding of React fundamentals: Functional Components, Props, State




React Hooks (useState, useEffect, useRef, useContext)
Component composition and data flow
Forms, validation, and API integration
React rendering and performance best practices
Basic to intermediate TypeScript knowledge: Interfaces, Types, Enums
Generics (basic understanding)
Typing React components, props, and API responses
Robust debugging and problem-solving skills
Valuable to Have: Experience with Next.js (App Router, SSR/CSR, Client & Server Components)
Familiarity with Redux Toolkit, Zustand, or Context API
Basic understanding of Nx and monorepo concepts
Experience with React Hook Form and testing frameworks
