Assist in testing raw materials, in-process materials, and finished lubricants.
Perform basic laboratory tests under the guidance of senior QC staff.
Learn and operate laboratory instruments and testing equipment.
Maintain accurate records of test results and laboratory observations.
Assist in viscosity, pH, density, flash point, and other relevant quality tests, as applicable.
Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and laboratory safety guidelines.
Support sample collection, labelling, storage, and documentation.
Report any abnormal test results to the senior QC team.
Maintain laboratory cleanliness and ensure proper handling of chemicals and equipment.
Assist in calibration checks and routine maintenance of laboratory instruments.
