Customer Handling: Attend customer enquiries, understand their requirements, and suggest suitable residential or commercial properties.
Project Presentation: Explain project details, location advantages, amenities, pricing, payment plans, possession timelines, and available inventory.
Site Visits: Arrange and conduct site visits for prospective customers and provide detailed information about the project.
Sales Conversion: Follow up with prospective customers, handle objections, negotiate within approved limits, and convert enquiries into bookings.
Channel Partner Coordination: Build and maintain relationships with brokers, channel partners, and property consultants to generate business.
Market Research: Study competitor projects, market trends, property prices, customer preferences, and local real estate developments.
Customer Relationship Management: Maintain regular communication with prospects and existing customers and ensure a skilled customer experience throughout the sales process.
Sales Documentation: Coordinate booking forms, KYC documents,



customer details, payment receipts, and other sales-related documentation with the CRM and accounts teams.
Sales Target Achievement: Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets, including lead follow-ups, site visits, bookings, and revenue objectives.
CRM & Reporting: Update customer enquiries, follow-up status, site visits, bookings, and sales pipeline details in the CRM system. Submit daily and weekly sales reports to management.
Payment Follow-up: Coordinate with customers and the accounts team regarding booking amounts, instalments, and outstanding payments as per the agreed payment schedule.
Internal Coordination: Coordinate with the marketing, CRM, accounts, and project teams to ensure accurate information and smooth customer handling.
Customer Feedback: Collect customer feedback, address initial concerns, and escalate complaints or issues to the concerned department.
Compliance: Ensure that all customer communication, project representations, pricing commitments, and sales documentation comply with company policies and applicable real estate regulations.
