Job Responsibilities
Prepare and process sales quotations for customers.
Handle customer inquiries and coordinate with the sales team.
Process sales orders and follow up on order status.
Coordinate with the production, dispatch, and logistics departments.
Track order execution and ensure timely delivery.
Maintain sales records, customer databases, and MIS reports.
Follow up with customers regarding quotations, orders, and deliveries.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth sales operations.
Required Skills

Knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
Understanding of quotation preparation and order processing.
