What Were Looking For
The Foundation: You hold a B.Com, M.Com, or are a CA Dropout with 35 years of hands-on accounting experience.
The Tech Stack: Experience in Tally, ZohoBooks, NetSuite, QuickBooks is preferred and proficiency in Excel is mandatory. Experience with AI tools is highly preferred.
The Communication: Robust verbal and written communication skills are essential for collaborating with our global partners.
The Mindset: A sharp eye for detail and a willingness to grow.

What You'll Do

As a core member of our finance team, you will ensure the precision and integrity of our global accounting operations. Your daily impact includes:




Team Supervision and Management: Supervise and manage the finance team, leveraging your leadership experience to guide daily operations and team development.
AI Integration in Finance: Understand and learn how modern finance operations are linked to and enhanced by Artificial Intelligence (AI).
End-to-End Finance Operations: Manage the full accounting cycle to ensure the accuracy of the books, oversee the monthly close, and perform financial analysis.
Stakeholder Synergy: Foster strong communication and collaboration across various stakeholders to ensure seamless operational alignment.
