Role & responsibilities :
Should provide technical leadership.
Make sure that quality is maintained in the deliveries.
Make sure system have no blockers and if any provide solution.
Help in providing system design, high level estimates etc.
Come up with proper coding standards and make sure that team is aligned to it.
Stakeholder communication.
Participate in org level initiatives

Must Haves:
He should have robust hands-on experience in Python and Python frameworks.
Must have worked on Kafka or should have positive hands-on experience on viz. FMQ, RabbitMQ
Must have experience in production support, usage of various monitoring tools, viz. Splunk, Grafana, Prometheus
Knowledge and work experience in Performance optimization and scalability
Possess solid OOPs concepts.
Must have carried out Alerting within the application
Must have experience on caching mechanism
Should have knowledge on AI-DLC or usage of AI using prompts.
