Supervise third-party facility management agencies and ensure closure of daily maintenance activities and snag lists.
Prepare and implement an annual asset management calendar, including AMC renewals and preventive maintenance schedules.
Ensure all preventive and breakdown maintenance activities are executed as per approved SO.
