Job Description

We are looking for customer-focused professionals to join our Customer Support team. The ideal candidate should have valuable communication skills, relevant customer support experience, and the ability to resolve customer queries efficiently.

Roles & Responsibilities
Handle customer queries and provide effective resolutions.
Assist customers with their concerns professionally.
Ensure customer satisfaction through timely and accurate support.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Follow established processes, quality standards,



and company policies.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve complex issues.
Meet assigned targets for quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.

Eligibility Criteria
Graduates and undergraduates are eligible.
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience is mandatory.
Positive communication and customer-handling skills.
Willingness to work in night shifts.
