Key Responsibilities:
Consult with potential buyers to understand their requirements
Present curated, RERA-verified projects matching buyer criteria
Coordinate site visits and developer meetings
Negotiate commercial terms and assist with documentation
Maintain CRM pipeline and follow up on leads

Requirements
3+ years in real estate sales (recent projects preferred)
Robust knowledge of Pune/PCMC micro-markets
Excellent communication in English, Hindi, Marathi
Proven track record of closing deals
Own vehicle preferred
