Responsibilities
Disbursement processing on Finnone; solid knowledge of Lending module is must.
Knowledge of cancellation rebooking of loans will add advantage.
Well versed with customer 360; collect the customer history to analyze the exact issue of complaints.
Managing various request flows over mail CRM portal for CDPL/EPL/SFPL.
Daily monitoring of BTTP reconciliation; act upon clearance of open items by taking corrective actions.
Making follow up with internal stakeholders such as Sales.
