Role & responsibilities :

Design and implement moderately complex features with minimal supervision
Contribute to system design discussions and provide input on architecture decisions
Actively use AI coding assistants (Claude, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, etc.) to accelerate development scaffolding features, writing tests, reviewing code, and debugging
Leverage AI tooling to iterate quickly, reduce boilerplate, and ship production-ready code at higher velocity
Critically evaluate AI-generated code for correctness, security, and adherence to team standards before merging
Debug and troubleshoot efficiently, with well-reasoned so

Preferred candidate profile :

Strong hands-on development experience on Object-oriented language Java.
Good understanding of microservices and REST APIs.
Experience building connectors,



integrations, plugins, or similar reusable components.
Robust debugging and problem-solving skills with the ability to go deep into technical issues.
Hands-on experience with unit/integration testing and troubleshooting.
Understanding of performance, scalability, and load testing.
Demonstrated, hands-on use of AI coding assistants as a core part of daily workflow (not occasional use)
Comfort operating in an AI-augmented engineering workplace where both speed and quality bars are high
Ability to write exact, effective prompts and supply the right context to get production-quality AI output
