Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master with robust Agile delivery expertise and hands-on exposure to AI-enabled solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
Drive Agile practices and ensure timely sprint delivery.
Remove impediments and manage risks to ensure smooth project execution.
Collaborate with Product Owners, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
Track sprint progress, velocity, burndown charts, and delivery metrics.
Promote continuous improvement, collaboration, and team accountability.

Required Skills:
8+ years of relevant experience as a Scrum Master.
Robust understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum frameworks.
Experience with Generative AI, or AI-enabled solutions.
Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
