To lead the complete Quality function and ensure that all incoming materials, in-process products and finished seamless tubes meet customer specifications, internal standards and applicable quality requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
Lead overall QA/QC operations for seamless plastic tubes.
Ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015, BRCGS, GMP and customer quality standards.
Manage incoming, in-process and final quality inspections.
Monitor tube dimensions, weight, wall thickness, appearance, printing, sealing and other critical parameters.
Handle customer complaints, root cause analysis and CAPA closure.
Control product rejection, rework and repeat defects through continuous improvement.
Manage quality documentation, batch traceability, inspection reports and product release.
Conduct vendor quality assessments and customer audits.
Coordinate with Production,



Printing, Maintenance and RD teams to resolve quality issues.

Required Skills Experience
10 15 years of experience in plastic packaging or tube manufacturing.
Experience in seamless tube manufacturing, extrusion, injection moulding and printing preferred.
Robust knowledge of plastic testing instruments, quality tools, RCA, CAPA and quality documentation.
Experience in customer complaint handling, audits and quality improvement initiatives.
