Key Responsibilities
Test case execution: Author and execute test scripts for single-step campaigns, complex Canvases, custom webhooks, and transactional API messages.
Cross-client and device rendering QA: Validate responsive layouts, fallback fonts, dark-mode compatibility, and media display across desktop, mobile, and web clients using Litmus or Email on Acid.
Energetic personalization verification: Validate Liquid logic across test subscriber personas, including translation rendering, currency formatting, and fallback handling.
Link and deep-link validation: Verify CTA buttons, universal links, app deep links, and Google Analytics/UTM parameters across iOS, Android, and web targets.
API and payload testing: Test API payloads through Postman against middleware and Connected Content endpoints, including boundary inputs, rate limits, and failure responses.
Defect logging and retesting: Document reproducible defects in Jira with request payloads, screenshots, and system logs; verify and close resolved defects.

Required Qualifications and Experience
Experience:



At least 1 year of dedicated QA experience in digital marketing systems, cross-channel messaging, and API integrations.
Technical skills: Hands-on experience with Postman or Swagger, SQL/JSON validation, Litmus or Email on Acid, mobile debugging, and browser developer tools.
MarTech knowledge: Working familiarity with Braze or comparable enterprise ESPs, Liquid templating, and event-triggered workflows.
Methodologies: Experience with Agile testing, exploratory testing, regression cycles, and smoke testing.

Key Deliverables
Functional and regression test suites in Jira or TestRail.
Cross-device and email-client rendering inspection logs.
Liquid logic and persona test verification matrix.
Sprint defect reports and resolution validation logs.
