Role Overview:

We are looking for a finance qualified to manage budgeting, financial planning, variance analysis, management reporting, and cost optimization. The role involves monitoring business performance, preparing financial reports, analyzing financial and operational KPIs, and supporting strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare annual budgets, business plans, and financial forecasts.
Conduct budget-versus-actual variance analysis.
Prepare MIS, management reports, and financial performance dashboards.
Monitor financial and operational KPIs.
Identify cost reduction and margin improvement opportunities.
Support fortnightly, monthly, and quarterly closing activities.
Ensure MIS accuracy and compliance with Ind AS, GST, and Income Tax requirements.
Conduct industry and competitor analysis.
Develop and implement SOPs and financial processes.

Required Skills:
Solid analytical and financial planning skills.
Proficiency in SAP/S4HANA and MS Excel.
Knowledge of Ind AS, GST, and Income Tax.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Having manufacturing company's experience of 0 to 3 years.
Exposure to handling the fixed assets register as per Companies Act requirements .
