Job Description:
Cable installation, routing, and termination in industrial panels
Familiarity with slat wall / perforated panel mounting systems
Panel wiring and worktable wiring setup
Basic networking - make/terminate Ethernet cables, verify IP connectivity
Installation of small devices - VFDs, PLCs, HMIs, MCBs, contactors
Basic PLC I/O wiring and verification
Drilling and mounting on panel frames, slat walls, and DIN rails
Basic soldering skills - cable, PCB components
Cable tray and conduit installation (support false ceiling routing)
Crimping, lugging, wiring termination, and cable labelling
Read and interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and panel layouts
Basic troubleshooting of electrical and control equipment
Wiring and power-up of variable frequency drives (VFDs)
Operate a computer - connect to drives, navigate software, update firmware (Training will be given on tools for these steps).
