JOB DESCRIPTION :
Ensure Timely Dispatch & Delivery of Orders
Ensure Timely Sales Order Processing
Manage Sales Documentation & Customer Master Data.
Coordinate Order Execution with Cross-Functional Teams
Support Sales Team with Operational Requirements
Manage Sales MIS & Business Reports
Administer Sales Schemes, Incentives & Claims
Monitor Order Status & Customer Commitments
Ensure Data Accuracy in ERP/CRM Systems
Drive Process Standardization & Operational Efficiency
Ensure Compliance with Sales Policies & Internal Controls

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA :
Should have 2+ years of relevant experience in customer service/sales coordination in a manufacturing industry .
Should atleast be a graduate.
Should have experience of working on any ERP or CRM software. SAP preferred
Should be positive with Powerpoint and MS Excel functions like vlookup, hlookup, pivot table,etc
