Role & responsibilities
Manage daily fleet and transport operations.
Ensure vehicle availability and timely deployment.
Monitor vehicle and driver documentation.
Coordinate with vendors and drivers.
Ensure vehicle quality, safety, and maintenance.
Handle breakdowns, accidents, and insurance claims.
Monitor compliance and client requirements.
Prepare operational reports and maintain records.
Conduct vehicle inspections and quality checks.
Ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

Preferred candidate profile
3- 5 years of experience in fleet, transport, car rental, or logistics operations.
Knowledge of vehicle documentation, permits, insurance, and compliance.
Experience in vendor coordination and driver management.
Positive communication skills in English and Hindi; Kannada preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
Solid coordination, problem-solving, and management skills.
Willingness to travel locally across Bangalore.
